Mr. Heurlin practices primarily in the areas of complex business, real estate, and securities arbitration and litigation.
Mr. Heurlin, a former federal prosecutor, also maintains an active practice in the areas of federal, white-collar criminal defense, and security clearance litigation. Throughout his career, Mr. Heurlin has represented both individuals and entities on a wide array of business matters, involving both litigation and business transactions, in all state and federal courts. Mr. Heurlin has tried approximately 50 jury trials and argued approximately 60 appeals, many in the federal courts. Mr. Heurlin has a substantial appellate practice.
