Our reputation and experience allows us to minimize costs. Our goal is to prepare the case so that our client gets a satisfactory result outside of the courtroom. If the other side refuses to settle, they know that we are prepared to fight effectively and hard for our client. Therefore, we require our attorneys to have substantial in-court, trial experience. In fact, our recruiting of new attorneys focuses on candidates who have the skills to aggressively handle a jury trial if a satisfactory settlement is not possible.

Our clients deal with one attorney in charge of the case
We believe that every client is entitled to have the primary representation of a single attorney who knows all about the case and is available to the client. Although complex litigation matters often require the services of more than one of our attorneys, we do not "shuttle" our clients from one attorney to another.
