Bruce R. Heurlin

Bruce R. Heurlin practices primarily in the areas of complex business, real estate, and securities arbitration and litigation.

Mr. Heurlin, a former federal prosecutor, also maintains an active practice in the areas of federal, white-collar criminal defense, and security clearance litigation.  Throughout his career, Mr. Heurlin has represented both individuals and entities on a wide array of business matters involving both litigation and business transactions, in all state and federal courts. Mr. Heurlin has tried approximately 50 jury trials and argued approximately 60 appeals, many in the federal courts.  Mr. Heurlin is also a former Arizona licensed real estate agent.

Mr. Heurlin has earned the prestigious "AV" peer review rating from Martindale Hubbell, signifying the highest standards of ethical and legal ability. Kevin M. Sherlock

Kevin M. Sherlock practices in the areas of entity formation and dissolution, business transactions, and employment law.  Mr. Sherlock has extensive experience in drafting entity formation documents and advising businesses and individuals on the best entity to choose to meet their business needs.  Mr. Sherlock also advises both employers and employees on issues relating to employment contracts, restrictive covenants not to compete, anti-piracy covenants, and other employment law issues.
